Tŷ Elis Board of Directors

Because Tŷ Elis is a company limited by guarantee, legally our board members are directors. Day to day we refer to them as trustees as we feel that this is more consistent with our charity ethos and values.

The Directors are:-

• Mr Jonathan Chubb
• Dr Huw Davies
• Dr Maria Cronje
• Mr Jeff Perren, OBE

The Directors are supported by the Administration Team, Val and Wendy, our Finance officer, Mark, Steve – Operations and Business Development and Karen Fraser our, Clinical Director.

The Board of Directors meets formally three times a year plus an annual general meeting.

The work of the Directors is supported by a Management Committee and three specific committees: Ethics Committee, Practice Committee and Training Committee. We also have a Counsellors’ Group and Receptionists’ Group. The Friends of Tŷ Elis support our work through raising money.
