Fundraising

There are many ways in which you raise money for Tŷ Elis. Whether you raise £5,000 or £50 every penny counts. For instance, you can set up a Facebook page for your idea, Twitter account and ask people to donate via the Internet and Text. Or you can download our sponsorship form.

At Ty Elis we have had enormous help with fundraising, from tabletop sales, lunches, running the marathon to donations for raffles…there are many, many ways that you can help.  Even a cash donation in an envelope delivered to our Porthcawl premises or a donation via our shopping link will raise much needed funds.

Here are some suggestions but we are sure that you may have more ideas and ways that you would like to help us;

• Tin collections at local events such as the fun runs, Elvis weekend
• Table top events
• Holding a coffee morning
• Bag – packing at local supermarkets
• Organising raffles
• Sponsored events such as fun runs, marathons, hill-climbing
• Holding an event such as a choir or musical event
